As an enthusiast for ballet, I come to Lincoln Center quite often. Home to New York City Ballet and Met Opera, Lincoln Center stands for the elegance and establishes the cultural capital status of New York City. Its architecture is reflective of the balanced, disciplined beauty that it hosts. Full of symmetrical rhythm, the buildings and corridors are modern examples of classicism.
We also find our affection in the neutral tone and fine grained texture of the rocky exterior. The color palette is natural and graceful and stands for timelessness. We love to match our outfit with the neighborhood and the grandiose stone wall of Lincoln Center provides the perfect backdrop.

After watching the NYCB premiere of La Sylphide, we headed down to Columbus Circle for Bar Masa, a light-hearted version of the renowned Masa. Food was delicious, but within expectation given the price tag. We order shrimp w/ garlic cilantro, its trademarked Surimi Pasta (wheatless, actually made of seafood). It was an interesting idea, but a little plain and not that surprising to tastebud. Sushi was good, but not as good as Sushi Yasuda.
(I used a lot of "but" lately, am I growing to be too picky?)
