There are tons of yum things in the world, but not that many as healthy as sushi. Maybe that's why almost everyone likes it. Not being a sashimi person, I fancy Inari Sushi the most.

Inari Sushi (稲荷寿司, いなり寿司), in short, is rice wrapped inside tofu skin. Okay, the deep-fried tofu skin may not be the healthiest, but who doesn't have a guilty pleasure? :)

We found the tofu pouches in an Asian market the other day, so we gave Inari Sushi a try today, which turned out quite well. It's surprisingly simple, fun to make, delish, and camera-perfect. Would be a nice homemade dish to show off to F&F, isn't it?

Here is a step-by-step recipe to play with. We just used the brown rice and if you get the pret-a-manger tofu pouches pack with sauce, you could simplify the rice marination process as well.

Bon appetit!
