The Caribbean always took our hearts, however many times we have seen. In my mind, it has the most beautiful colors of water in the world. Layers of layers of blue unfold in front of you, spreading from innocently light into deep dark. Sunlight gives birth to this kaleidoscopic gradience and sprinkles the dazzling reflection on the unlimited surface. Along the shore, spindrift kisses your feet and damps your skirt rim, Into the sea (surfing or jet-skiing), you feel the sublime force of nature and possibly choke on the salty water. The ocean pleases you, and then awes you. At this moment, blue is the warmest color. In the next second, blue is the coldest color. One thing never changes -- the stunning beauty of the Caribbean, with the rum, the legends of pirates, and the song of mermaid.
We stayed at Westin Resort by Playa Marlin, which is said to be the most beautiful beach on the Cancun hotel zone. Driving 12km down the hotel strip, we both agreed that Playa Marlin has the purest water and most intense color. You will need to see it to believe.
