Leather sandals are such life savers to us girls this summer, at least to me. No more heels that would cramp me after one-hour walk. (Unfortunately my feet haven’t been tamed by the heels yet.) Together with loose tops and palazzo pants, sandals make it much easier to go out (after successfully dragging myself out of bed). Comfort and fashion could finally be friends thanks to the leather sandals and white sneakers.

Even after getting my Ann Demeulemeester ones, I still have a long wish list for sandals. Here are they:

This pair from Etoile Isabel Marant is quite popular among bloggers. The sole structure is a bit like Birkenstock, but its overall design and quality is much nicer. I was so impressed by how soft and wondrous the lambskin press on the back of feet. I would say it’s the comfy one for summer.

stevenalan.com has it on sale now for $300.

Acne Studios has quite some peculiar design this summer, (since when Acne Studios stop being bizarre?) and this pair above is the most wearable one. If you aim for a catchy look, this ninja-infused look would help you with that.

Now on sale for $264.

The following sandals from Simone Rocha would match your silky pajama sexy and give you the very French chic.

Available at ssense.com for $364.

I really love the following design from Wal & Pai. It somehow reminds me of Chiyome, both in clean line and neutral tone, and a touch of otherworldliness.

Now on sale on needsupply.com for $229.

If all the above go beyond your budget, Urban Outfitters is a good place to go. Most of its sandals are below $50. To level up a bit, Nasty Gal has some good-looking designs below $100.
