We miss the sunshine, coffee and pastry, Danish design and colorful blocks in this city. Can't wait to come back again!

nyhavn

Our favorite spot in Copenhagen, Nyharn has everything that makes you feel alive.

Bars, restaurants, canal and palette of buildings. We kept coming back here to end our days.

COFFEE

The best coffees we ever had are not from the places of origin like Jamaica; they're from our beloved modern cities, such as Portland and Copenhagen. During our stay, we took time to sit down at coffee shops in the morning and watched Danes dashing by on bike.

We'd love to start every day like this.

We felt obliged to talk about the life-changing almond croissant that we had in Democratic Coffee Bar. Conjunct to a library, the coffee place looks comfy and artsy. Although the decor would be considered "normal" in Copenhagen, I could imagine it'd be a big hype if in NYC.

Lucky you Danes!

Make sure to get yourself a hot almond croissant with a pull-over from the Japanese barista. The almond paste lava would redefine how good you think a croissant could be.

unknown blocks

We run into this medieval-looking blocks at the very end of dusk. The sublime shadow-play deeply stuck us. We still don't know the name of this place but will remember the moment when we stood there and watched the sun completely dim out.

Have a good night.
